Production Manager

The Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing processes to ensure products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and meet Zeeco’s quality standards. This role oversees daily production operations, manages teams, and continuously improves processes to meet business objectives

• Plan, schedule, and manage production activities to meet delivery targets.
• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations and workforce performance.
• Ensure production meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Manage production budgets, costs, and resource utilization.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, quality, and logistics teams.
• Monitor production KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and resolve production issues, delays, or quality concerns.
• Maintain equipment efficiency and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Strong leadership and team management skills

  Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Operations Management, or related field(preferred).
• 5 to 10 years of experience in production or manufacturing management
• 3-5 years of experience in managing and leading people.
