Newrest has an exciting opportunity available for a Pick & Pack Production Supervisor
. This individual will be responsible for overseeing 50–60 individuals per shift. The role ensures that beverage and snack carts are filled, placed, and dispatched in a timely and quality manner, working alongside general workers and other departmental positions rather than from a desk.

• Under the supervision of the Pick & Pack Manager, the Pick & Pack Supervisor supervises and manages the work of the employees during the shift.
• Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed per Newrest and client requirements.
• Communicate effectively with all crew members and team members.
• Hold team members accountable for all expectations.
• Assist with coaching and/or corrective actions.
• Assist with approving and handling questions regarding timecards and pay.
• Provide solutions to problems that occur during loading beverages, snacks, and provisions onto the carts.
• Enforce safety for all processes.
• Organize regular audits on the runway and set up corrective action plans as appropriate.
• Perform maintenance on the fleets and follow up to ensure proper safety maintenance.
• Maintain regular and timely attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a previous supervisory type of position, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Flexibility to work any schedule.
