Porter / Yard Worker – Yard Associate job responsibilities include stationing and retrieving equipment on the location’s property, maintaining a written maintenance schedule, servicing equipment as necessary, and inspecting equipment before and after rental to document any loss or damage.

• Station and retrieve equipment on the property.
• Maintain written maintenance schedules.
• Servicing equipment to meet specifications.
• Inspects equipment prior to and after rental to document any lost and/or damaged equipment.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred.
• Some experience and/or training in repair of mechanical equipment preferred.

• Effective communication with customers (written and oral).
• Basic math skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• General mechanical aptitude.
• Safety focus.
• Spanish or other bilingual may be required based on location needs.

Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 lbs or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required.

Base pay range: $18.99 - $26.11 per hour.
