Assembler, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Assembler We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler to join our production team. The Assembler will be responsible for assembling compressor valves and parts according to specifications, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or assembly instructions. Assemble parts or components using hand tools, power tools, or machines.

Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards. Maintain accurate records of production and report any defects or issues. Always follow safety guidelines and company procedures. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors. Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred. Ability to read technical documents, schematics, and manuals. Good manual dexterity and coordination. Familiarity with basic tools and assembly procedures. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Basic math and measurement skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Capable of lifting 40 lbs.
