This is a full-time, on-site Machinist role based in Houston, TX. The Machinist will operate and maintain machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, grinding, and machining parts to specifications. Responsibilities include reading technical drawings, setting up machines, monitoring their operation, and performing quality checks. The role also involves ensuring routine maintenance and safety compliance on machines to maintain optimal performance.

• Proficiency in operating and maintaining machining tools such as lathes, mills, and grinding machines
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
• Strong skills in precision measurements and tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Knowledge of machining techniques, materials, and their properties
• Problem‑solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in a manufacturing environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in machining is preferred
• Experience in CNC programming or operation is a plus
