Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Operator

Job Title: Operator – Vickery Location (77032)

Location: Houston, TX

Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Shift

Schedule:

• Day Shift: 5:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

• Second Shift: 1:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Shifts rotate monthly.

Position Overview

The Operator plays a key role in supporting production by safely moving raw materials, assisting with blending operations, and packaging finished products. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and values teamwork, safety, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport raw materials from warehouse areas to blending operations in a timely and accurate manner
• Operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment safely within the facility
• Assist with dosing raw materials into blending processes and accurately record lot numbers and production data
• Package and palletize finished products while meeting quality and production standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong basic math skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work orders
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform physical labor for extended periods
• Forklift experience preferred but not required (training available)
• Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic are essential
