Overview

• Comply with company policies including Health, Safety and Quality Assurance.
• Report injuries, accidents, near‑misses or unsafe conditions immediately.
• Assemble finished products and prepare them for shipment.
• Arrange and pack all necessary pieces into boxes as specified in work instructions.
• Count and check products for accuracy, maintaining accurate records.
• Pack products while adhering to procedures.
• Tag material as required with proper labelling, per work instructions.
• Stage material for loading and/or shipment to the customer.
• Perform quality checks on products and parts, identifying head stamps and manufacturer marks.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• Pass basic reading, math, measurement, parts matching and counting test.
• Read, understand, interpret and follow detailed work instructions and manufacturing specifications.
• Adjust to changes without compromising quality or performance.
• Work shift schedule and overtime as needed, including weekends.

• Stand for the duration of scheduled shift.
• Handle parts with moderate physical effort.
• Lift items weighing up to 50 lbs repetitively.
• Manually load or unload materials onto or off of pallets, skids, platforms, saws and trucks.
• Use manual dexterity to push, pull, reach, grab, hold, lift, and hammer.
• Maintain continuous mental and visual attention during cleaning and diversified tasks.
• Meet vision requirements: close, distance, peripheral, depth perception and focus adjustment.

• Manufacturing environment with multi‑step production runs on different machines.
• High‑value, highly customized components, long and large parts, and high precision manufacturing for critical service applications.
• Noise level:
  Moderate to high.
• Temperature variable with season.
