Team Lead
- Electrical Assembly

Integra Capital is hiring a Team Lead‑Electrical Assembly for a full‑time position. The compensation includes a base pay and target performance incentive with a target hourly compensation range of $30.00–$34.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Interpret electrical engineering drawings and communicate requirements to work teams.
  • Identify and report discrepancies on electrical and control drawings.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and control systems.
  • Ensure project schedule milestones are met.
  • Communicate clear instructions and coach the work team to meet all cost, quality, and schedule requirements.
  • Report defective material or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
  • Manage all work orders associated with assembly: track, assign, and monitor work orders.
  • Plan resource requirements based on work orders and production plan.
  • Foster a spirit of teamwork within the department.
  • Ensure timeliness, safety, and quality of material movement.
  • Maintain safe work practices, ensuring crews follow safety programs including Lock‑out Tag‑out.
  • Train employees on changes in safety regulations, work policies, and standards in conjunction with the Safety Department.
  • Develop skills and abilities of team members.
  • Ensure all department employees complete required training.
  • Ensure work is completed accurately and documented on QC checklists.
  • Assist team members in recording labor to timesheets in the ERP system.
  • Act with integrity, supporting the company, its core values, and meeting/exceeding customer requirements and expectations.
  • Maintain a clean work environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Familiarity with NEC code (experience with IEC or other standards is a plus).
  • Ability to read one‑line and three‑line drawings (MV, LV, Control).
  • Ability to establish effective methods and procedures for installation of electrical components, equipment and instruments.
  • Familiarity with electrical assembly and measurement tools (multimeter, megger test equipment).
  • Basic math skills.
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience supervising the work of others and effectively coaching and leading team members.
  • Practical experience installing electrical panels (MV, LV, MCC panels), E‑stops, warning lights, lighting, grounding, and termination of LV and MV equipment.
  • Practical experience installing control and instrument systems including field instruments, cabling, termination, fabrication of control panels, and installation of control panels.
  • Commissioning and test activities including insulation test of electrical equipment and cables (MV & LV), point‑to‑point test and continuity test (considered a plus).
  • Practical experience with installation and termination of PLCs.
  • Ability to manage people and make decisions. Knowledge of team leading practices and techniques.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate and oversee multiple work orders.
  • Commitment to continual improvement, effective quality management systems and safe work practices.
  • Understanding of the production and work order process.
  • Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
  • Factory experience required.
  • Physical fitness and strength to lift 30–50 lbs regularly.
  • Requires standing, bending, crouching and reaching regularly.
  • Excellent hand‑eye coordination.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong listening and communication skills.
  • Travel required (up to 20%).
  • Ability to motivate others to achieve a goal.
  • Lead by example: strong work ethic, can‑do attitude, great attendance, and excellent safety awareness.
