The Baker Hughes Aero Project Manager, will play a pivotal role in translating our Aero strategic vision into actionable plans and ensuring their successful execution.

The main goal will be to design and execute the repair turnaround time (TAT) reduction strategy by specific gas generator modules in order to significantly improve the overall Aero supply chain efficiency.

The role will involve collaborating closely with various teams across the organization, including Aero Partners, to align efforts and drive strategic initiatives forward.

As BH Aero Project Manager, you will be responsible for :

* Understanding the technical characteristics behind the selected modules in terms of parts and repair procedures

* Verifying the TAT repair root causes analysis by selected modules

* Understanding drivers and implication on the overall GTS Aero strategy working closely with the governance team

* Supportting in identifying different supply chain sources to ensure flexibility and dependencies reduction

* Lay out clear TAT reduction strategy leveraging x-matrix approach and report KPIs by selected modules

* Driving the TAT reduction execution as per plan and avoid bottlenecks through early defects identification and escalation

* Interfacing with functional experts across the organization(s) to lead and coordinate specific actions of the plan

* Reporting results to GTS leadership forum

* Developing and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate collaboration and drive results.

To be successful in this role you will have :

* Bachelor's mechanical degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 10 years of experience in Manufacturing/Service).

* Aeroderivative technology knowledge
