- Abide by Locke's safety policies and requirements to ensure a safe work environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety.
- Read and follow CAD production drawings accurately to meet project specifications.
- Follow directions from supervisors and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Utilize both hand and power tools to perform fabrication and finishing tasks.
- High degree of integrity with commitment to quality workmanship and safety protocols.
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute as a team player.
- Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm about making a meaningful impact through their work.
- Previous experience in precast concrete fabrication or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and interpret CAD production drawings accurately.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and materials weighing up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, to accommodate production schedules.
- Work in a non-air-conditioned warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
