• Utilize both hand and power tools to perform fabrication and finishing tasks.

Requirements

• Previous experience in precast concrete fabrication or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret CAD production drawings accurately.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and materials weighing up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, to accommodate production schedules.
• Work in a non-air-conditioned warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
