As the Sr Quality Manager Lean Sensei - Operational Excellence, you are acting as a senior expert and coach, driving operational excellence across the organization through Lean principles and methodologies. You are partnering with business leaders to identify opportunities, leading strategic Kaizen events, and mentoring teams in deploying Lean tools and behaviors. You are assessing organizational maturity, building internal capabilities, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and KPIs.

Responsibilities
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders on Lean thinking and enterprise transformation.
  • Designing and facilitating high-impact Kaizen events, value stream mapping sessions, and problem-solving workshops.
  • Assessing organizational maturity and readiness for Lean transformation and developing tailored roadmaps.
  • Building internal capabilities by mentoring Lean leaders, facilitators, and change agents.
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement through structured coaching, training, and hands‑on support.
  • Leading diagnostics and benchmarking to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensuring alignment of Lean initiatives with strategic business objectives and KPIs.
  • Sharing best practices across business units and contributing to the evolution of the Lean operating system.
To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Have 10+ years of experience in Lean transformation, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Have certification as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent;
    Shingijutsu or Toyota Production System experience is a plus.
  • Have a proven track record of leading enterprise-level Lean initiatives with measurable results.
  • Have strong facilitation, coaching, and change management skills.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities across all organizational levels.
  • Have willingness to travel as needed to support global operations.
Desired Characteristics (Preferred)

Have experience in enterprise transformation and cultural change initiatives.
