Production Manager (On‑Demand Apparel Printing)

Icy Studios is a fast‑growing apparel manufacturing and printing company specializing in DTG, DTF, screen printing, embroidery, and private label production. We work with retail brands and B2B clients across North America, with a strong focus on quality, speed, and execution.

As we expand our U.S. operations, we’re looking for a hands‑on Production Manager to lead day‑to‑day on‑demand print production in our Houston warehouse.

This is a floor‑led role. You’ll be responsible for making sure orders are printed, finished, and shipped accurately and on time. You’ll lead by example, support the team, and keep production moving efficiently.

• Oversee daily DTG/DTF print production and finishing workflows
• Lead, train, and support production staff (machine operators, packers)
• Manage production schedules to meet tight deadlines
• Monitor quality control at every stage of production
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime
• Track inventory of blanks and supplies; ensure timely restocking
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work closely with leadership on production improvements and scaling plans

• Experience managing production, printing, or manufacturing teams
• Strong understanding of workflow optimization and quality control
• Hands‑on, floor‑first leadership style
• Ability to problem‑solve under pressure
• Willingness to learn and work with DTG/DTF printing equipment (training provided)
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and committed to high standards
