Location:
Pearland, TX. Shift: Mon‑Thurs 7 pm‑5 am (shift differential included).
- Lead aseptic manipulation tests.
- Manage and implement technical training curricula site, covering aseptic processing, gowning and hygiene, clean room behavior, basic contamination control, cell culture basics, CGMP/ISO and laboratory safety.
- Assess trainee competency and provide feedback for trainee success.
- Own and approve training‑related records such as deviations, CAPA, change controls, SOPs and training materials.
- Create Learning and Qualification Modules (LQM) and training presentations with support from technical SMEs.
- Support Training Manager in identifying training needs, monitoring progress and addressing gaps.
- Coordinate training programs and schedules for new hires and current employees.
- Assess training programs for continuous improvement, error reduction, and increased operator aseptic and process knowledge and skills.
- 3‑5 years pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing experience.
- 1‑2 years GMP training experience.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint presentations and Excel.
- Excellent aseptic technique and laboratory skills.
- Strong facilitation and delivery skills; ability to coordinate complex training initiatives.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
