Job Title: Operator

Location: Houston, TX 77015

Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Shift: Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday

As an Operator, you will play a key role in supporting manufacturing and blending operations by ensuring materials are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

• Moving raw materials from warehousing to blending operations
• Operating forklifts to transport materials throughout the facility
• Assisting with dosing raw materials into blending processes and recording required data
• Packaging and palletizing finished products for shipment
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong basic math skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work orders
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor
• Comfort working in environments with exposure to outdoor elements
• Forklift certification or prior forklift experience preferred
