Snider Fleet Solutions, a leading commercial tire dealer and retread provider, is hiring a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and repair equipment to minimize downtime.

Qualifications:
* Electrical certification, mechanical or technical degree (preferred)
* 2 - 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance & repair (required)
* Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems, including PLCs, VFDs, ladder logic, motors (AC up to 480V and DC), contacts, and relays
* Experience reading and interpreting electrical and pneumatic schematics; general maintenance knowledge of manufacturing equipment
* Proficient with service equipment, hand tools, and diagnostic methods; welding and air compressor maintenance experience (strongly preferred)
* Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate to maximize equipment uptime
* Experience with MS Office and ability to learn and use new software
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new responsibilities
Responsibilities:
* Monitor and maintain tire supplier equipment; ensure peak performance and quality
* Perform preventative maintenance: inspections, cleaning, lubrication, diagnostics
* Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues to OEM specifications
* Replace parts quickly to reduce downtime and restore functionality
* Keep accurate work logs, maintenance records, and inspection reports
* Support Retread and TRACS departments as needed
* Manage inventory levels and order replacement parts
* Operate equipment such as forklifts, gantry cranes, man lifts, and hoists
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; follow all PPE and safety rules
* Work a flexible schedule with overtime and some weekend shifts as needed

* Strong commitment to safety
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and instructions
* Organized, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and time management skills
* Must be able to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment.
* Pass background check and drug screen
