The Installation Engineer will primarily assist the Project Manager with on‑site equipment installation planning, oversee the installation and commissioning of chemical production equipment, and manage quality and safety control of installation works. You will be a core force in ensuring smooth commissioning and operation of the new production base and play a key role in Tinci’s North American expansion.

• Plan, implement, supervise, and control quality of installation and chemical production equipment in compliance with U.S. laws, standards, and regulations.
• Manage onsite installation progress, quality, and safety; create detailed schedules, allocate resources, track implementation, and handle technical problems and emergencies.
• Prepare installation project budgets, control costs, track financial status, and propose cost‑saving suggestions based on onsite conditions.
• Audit installation drawings, technical documents, inspection reports, and process records to meet U.S. standards; collaborate with design teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to optimise installation schemes.
• Participate in acceptance work of sub‑projects and the whole project; compile and organise installation files and reports for traceability.
• Provide technical guidance and training for onsite workers and follow‑up operation teams; establish and improve installation operation procedures and safety management systems.

• Major in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Familiar with U.S. industrial equipment installation specifications, performance, installation methods, and maintenance requirements for chemical production equipment and pipeline systems.
• 2+ years of onsite installation, commissioning, and supervision experience in industrial or chemical production equipment in the U.S.; experience with new‑energy battery material production equipment is preferred.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, project management tools, and basic data analysis methods.
• Strong onsite coordination, problem‑solving, communication and teamwork skills; able to work under pressure.
• Relevant professional certifications a plus; ability to obtain necessary onsite operation qualifications as required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S., valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel to different project sites in the U.S.
