Salary

Salary: $39.10 per hour

Shift

Shift: 11PM to 7AM. 2nd: 7AM to 3PM. 3rd: 3PM to 11PM

Role Summary

Production operators are a vital part of the Supply organization, operating high‑speed, automated technology to produce volume while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency. Operators monitor quality, interpret data, and continually improve processes to support the company’s commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain plant safety standards and adherence to SOPs.
  • Perform process quality control checks and record data.
  • Apply Six Sigma and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Load supplies into machinery and perform minor maintenance.
  • Conduct industrial cleaning and sanitation.
Qualifications

Required and

Preferred qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual labor (standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling).
  • Work flexibility for varying shifts, overtime, and holidays.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Preferred:
    Prior production, warehousing, or related experience; mechanical aptitude; continuous improvement experience; beer/alcohol industry knowledge.
