Assembly, Manufacturing ​/ Production

As part of our crew, your main responsibility will be to assist the production crew in manufacturing marine and boating products. You will gain and expand your experience and knowledge in manufacturing and supply chain, with the opportunity to grow with the company.

Status: Non-exempt
Type: Full-time
Compensation: $12-$14 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Location: Houston, TX 77022

• Assemble products using tools such as drills and screwdrivers
• Follow assembly instructions and efficiently produce products
• Package finished goods
• Perform quality control
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area and work station
• Inspect work visually for defects according to quality standards
• Prioritize safety and cleanliness
• Ensure correct quantities are inside of cartons and check carton labels for correctness

• Entry Level skill; some work experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow instructions
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Willingness to comply with safety guidelines at all times
• Willingness to comply with a drug‑free environment
• Physically capable of manual labor, including bending, lifting, and reaching
• Reliable and punctual
• Willingness to work as part of a team
• Ability to self‑manage daily tasks
