Bakery Production Worker

Aramark – Join us as a Bakery Production Worker in our food service production environment. The role rotates through several tasks, including filling, wrapping, and packaging products while adhering to food safety and quality procedures.

• Operate and supervise continuous production line equipment.
• Rotate among duties: filler machine, wrapper machine, packing boxes, stacking boxes, and other tasks as assigned.
• Visually inspect product for quality and quantity.
• Report all equipment issues to the supervisor or manager promptly.
• Understand and follow all safety procedures that apply to daily operations.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment by following all safety policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive demeanor toward guests, customers, clients, and co‑workers.
• Adhere to Aramark and OSHA safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation.
• Ensure security of company and client assets.

• Previous experience in a bakery production or related role preferred.
• Validated knowledge of bakery production methods and standards.
• Validated knowledge of food safety regulations such as proper food handling, sanitation, and storage.
• Must be able to obtain a food safety certification.
• Demonstrates basic math and counting skills.
• Requires repetitive motion with hands and arms.
• Requires ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.

This role includes, but is not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking and standing. Uniforms and/or personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required.
