Horizontal Mill Machinist

This is a full-time on-site role in Houston, TX for a Horizontal Boring Mill Machinist. The machinist will be responsible for operating horizontal boring mill machines to create precision parts and components for rotating equipment as well as modify existing parts. Day-to-day tasks include setting up machines, interpreting blueprints, performing quality checks, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety standards.

• Experience with Horizontal Boring Mill operations and interpreting blueprints
• Proficiency in precision machining and quality control
• Skills in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of safety protocols and adherence to standards
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Previous HBM Experience with rotating equipment
