To follow set procedures in the process of sanitation, making and packaging cheese and cream products in a safe manner to ensure the product meets quality specifications set by the company to fulfill customer specifications.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED preferred, or 6 months equivalent experience.

Ability to read, write and understand English grammar.

Basic Arithmetic such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

Ability to write legibly to complete paperwork.

Ability to communicate with co-workers and team leaders.

Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow written and/or verbal procedures.

Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, working in a noisy, wet, and slippery environment.

Ability to perform repetitive motion of stacking boxes including pushing, pulling, reaching and standing for long periods of time.
