We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a multidisciplinary team and ensure production targets are achieved with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and efficiency. This role oversees processes and personnel to maintain continuous 24/7 operations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor additive manufacturing technicians, promoting safety and continuous improvement
- Manage DED-arc additive manufacturing processes, schedules, and resource allocation
- Organize shift patterns for uninterrupted production and optimal staffing
- Coordinate with planning teams to ensure timely material and equipment availability
- Enforce quality standards, implement corrective actions, and drive process optimization
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations through audits and accurate documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resources
- Develop and deliver training programs on DED‑arc technology; maintain training records
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in additive manufacturing, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of DED‑arc technology, welding processes, and quality control principles
- Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage diverse teams
- Flexibility to support 24/7 operations; commitment to safety and operational excellence
- Certification in additive manufacturing or welding processes
- Experience with ERP systems and production planning software
- Familiarity with ASME, ISO, and DNV standards
