We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a multidisciplinary team and ensure production targets are achieved with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and efficiency. This role oversees processes and personnel to maintain continuous 24/7 operations.

• Supervise and mentor additive manufacturing technicians, promoting safety and continuous improvement
• Manage DED-arc additive manufacturing processes, schedules, and resource allocation
• Organize shift patterns for uninterrupted production and optimal staffing
• Coordinate with planning teams to ensure timely material and equipment availability
• Enforce quality standards, implement corrective actions, and drive process optimization
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations through audits and accurate documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resources
• Develop and deliver training programs on DED‑arc technology; maintain training records

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years in additive manufacturing, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Knowledge of DED‑arc technology, welding processes, and quality control principles
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage diverse teams
• Flexibility to support 24/7 operations; commitment to safety and operational excellence

• Certification in additive manufacturing or welding processes
• Experience with ERP systems and production planning software
• Familiarity with ASME, ISO, and DNV standards
