• Work under minimal supervision, handling varied and moderately complex tasks.
• Apply advanced skills within the specialization area.
• Adapt procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and/or equipment to meet special needs.
• Assist with orienting and training partners, and help assign and supervise their work.
• Coordinate production flow, order products, and organize the production/work area.
• Oversee product quality, monitor shrink initiatives, and ensure operational excellence.
• Oversee the production of special orders, including shift, lunch, and break schedules.
• Order raw ingredients and maintain sanitation in the department.
• Monitor equipment working conditions and support food safety and sanitation processes.
• Support and maintain all Operational Excellence initiatives.

• Typically requires 5‑8 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of department products, food preparation, and required equipment; supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with commercial baking procedures and equipment is essential.

• Function in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Lift 20 lbs or more occasionally.
