Operations | Manufacturing Team Member – HoustonIn this role you will assemble and inspect medical devices and related assemblies in compliance with company procedures, ensuring production schedules and quality criteria are met. - Assemble, test and/or inspect medical devices in compliance with company procedures.
- Work within one of the following specialty areas: SMT, Test and Screen, BBFT, Seam Welding, Header Attach, Helicals Welding, Helical Completions, Lead Finals, Wands, Tablets, Packaging, Labeling, Ancillaries, Repro.
- Ensure that work orders are completed on a timely basis.
- Ensure traceability compliance by maintaining accurate production documentation.
- Maintain accurate material inventory.
- Identify possible process or product improvements.
- Ensure all production activities are in full compliance with all regulatory, Quality System and GMP requirements.
- Perform other duties as may be required by management.
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Must be able to read, comprehend and follow general work procedures.
- Good listening and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Flexible working schedule.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably medical device.
- Good initiative, self‑reliance and professionalism a plus.
- Experience working in an ISO 9001 or GMP manufacturing environment.
- Clean room environment or soldering experience.
- Ability to visually inspect or test components, assemblies or devices in accordance with written procedures and identify defects.
- Familiar with basic measuring equipment, and a variety of manufacturing concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Compensation:
The target hourly pay rate ranges from $17/hr – $22/hr plus annual bonus. - Location:
