This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep experience in the appliances, electrical, or electronics manufacturing industry, who excels in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and has proven expertise in custom signage production. The successful candidate will drive operational efficiency, maintain high-quality standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production schedules are achieved with exceptional quality and efficiency.
• Manage the full production cycle, from raw material procurement to finished product delivery.
• Lead and implement Lean Six Sigma initiatives to streamline processes, minimize waste, and improve overall productivity.
• Direct the design, production, and installation of custom signage projects
  , ensuring alignment with client specifications.
• Collaborate closely with design and sales teams to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Supervise, coach, and develop production team members to maintain a high-performance work environment.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement targeted improvement plans.
• Maintain rigorous quality control systems to meet industry standards and client expectations.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers for timely material deliveries.
• Enhance inventory management to reduce costs and avoid production delays.
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations, proactively preventing accidents and injuries.
• Continuously assess processes to identify and implement operational improvements.
• Stay informed about industry innovations and trends to maintain a competitive edge.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in production management within appliances, electrical, or electronics manufacturing
