Cost Control Specialist

DPR Construction is seeking an experienced
** Cost Control Specialist
** to support financial planning and cost management for modular assembly operations at the
** Houston Prefabrication Assembly Facility (PAF).
** This role ensures accurate tracking of budgets, forecasts, and expenditures, while identifying cost-saving opportunities and maintaining compliance with DPR’s financial standards. The position collaborates with procurement, logistics, and manufacturing teams to optimize cost efficiency across all phases of assembly. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:

Skills and Abilities

** Ability to manage multiple budgets in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with prefabrication workflows and modular assembly. Proficiency in cost management systems (e.g., CMiC), Excel, and ERP tools.
** Education and Experience
** 3–5 years in cost control or financial analysis within construction or manufacturing environments.
