Salary: $50,000 - $240,000

• Perform necessary preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Work closely with other departments to determine oven schedule.
• Use overhead crane to load and unload ovens.
• Complete paperwork as required.
• Select and verify oven cure profiles.
• Sweep and mop floors as required.
• Labor in/out using data collection.
• Maintain 5S standards.
• Move completed parts to staging area.
• Follow all work procedures for the area.
• Comply with all safety and company policies.

• No experience required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills.
• Read and speak English.

• Must be able to lift 45 lbs.
• Must be able to wear all required PPE.
• Must be able to stand for 10–12 hours per shift.
• Must be able to work in both hot and cold conditions.
• Must be able to work around different types of resins and composite materials.
• Must be able to work around chemicals and solvents such as acetone, releasing agents and various cleaning supplies.
