As a key player in our expansion, you’ll have the opportunity to create a lasting impact by developing and leading a team that delivers incomparable service and drives business growth.

• Lead the opening of a new Title Agency in Texas
• Build, hire, train, and supervise a high-performing team
• Establish a culture rooted in integrity, customer service, and accountability
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve company goals and drive growth
• Cultivate strong external relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and community leaders
• Play a key role in shaping the company's vision and direction in the Texas market

• A minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in the title or real estate industry
• Highly motivated and driven with a passion for excellence
• Strong ability to recruit, train, and develop a talented team
• Deep understanding of the Texas real estate market and title industry regulations
• A customer-centric mindset, with a focus on building long-term relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically and execute with precision
