Facilities Manager – Houston, TX (Downtown)
A global boutique financial firm is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a modern, high-tech office in Downtown Houston while also supporting additional offices in Denver and Calgary
.
This high-profile role reports directly to the Global Facilities Director and offers the opportunity to maintain a polished, high-performing workplace for employees and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and vendor management for the Houston office
- Support facilities operations in Denver and Calgary
- Manage reception, conference center, and housekeeping staff in Houston
- Coordinate office layouts, moves, adds, and changes (MAC work)
- Ensure office technology, AV systems, and workplace tools are functioning efficiently
- Maintain safety procedures, emergency plans, and compliance across locations
- Assist with office buildouts, renovations, and capital projects
- 5–7+ years of Facilities Management experience
- Must come from the Financial Services industry (banking, investment, or similar)
- Experience managing multiple office locations preferred
- Strong leadership and vendor management skills
- Tech-savvy with workplace systems and AV technology
- Professional presence and comfortable working with senior leadership
- Ability to travel occasionally to Denver & Calgary (~10%)
