Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Houston for a Director of Operations. The Director of Operations will oversee day-to-day company operations, manage budgets, develop and refine operational processes, and lead a high-performing team to ensure organizational goals are achieved. This role involves analyzing performance metrics, implementing strategies for operational efficiency, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. The Director will also play a key role in strategic decision-making and collaboration with department leaders to support company growth.

  • Proficiency in developing organizational strategies and achieving targeted outcomes.
  • Outstanding communication and problem‑solving skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in handling and managing cross‑functional teams and organizational growth initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to evaluate performance, predict needs, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support integration of acquired entities by implementing consistent processes, controls, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Represent operations in cross‑departmental meetings, ensuring alignment between operational execution and organizational strategy.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of "rolling up sleeves" to get things done.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field required; an MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
