Operations Manager

Job Function

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations across two buildings located at the same site. This role ensures efficient operations, inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, and on‑time order fulfillment. The Operations Manager drives process improvements, maintains a strong safety culture, and leads cross‑functional teams to achieve operational and financial objectives.

• Oversee daily operations across two on‑site warehouse and distribution facilities, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Manage the customer service and billing department to enhance order processing, invoicing accuracy, and client satisfaction.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, accuracy, and cost‑effectiveness.
• Monitor inventory levels, ensure proper stock rotation, and maintain accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance teams to support seamless logistics and customer fulfillment.
• Oversee facility maintenance, security, and warehouse equipment to ensure a safe and functional workplace.
• Promote a safety‑first culture by ensuring adherence to all workplace safety procedures and regulations.

• Strong leadership experience managing multi‑department operations within warehouse and distribution environments.
• Proven ability to oversee operations across multiple facilities or operational areas.
• Proficiency in ERP Systems (Net Suite preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in distribution, logistics, or warehouse management.

Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and certifications.

Local Pay Range

$100,000—$130,000 USD
