Construction Manager

In one of the country’s most active commercial construction markets, a leading Builder/Developer is seeking a Construction Manager capable of steering complex developments from early planning through final delivery. This is a role for a construction leader who understands that execution is strategy, and that disciplined project delivery directly shapes long-term asset performance.

The Construction Manager will oversee multiple large-scale commercial developments concurrently, guiding them through budgeting, scheduling, procurement, construction execution, and turnover. The mandate is clear: deliver predictable outcomes in environments where complexity is the norm.

This position carries meaningful responsibility - safeguarding capital, aligning stakeholders, and building teams that consistently outperform expectations.

Core Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain comprehensive budgets, master schedules, and procurement strategies
• Drive rigorous cost control and risk mitigation practices
• Serve as the senior interface between ownership, design partners, consultants, and trade contractors.
• Lead jobsite operations with an uncompromising commitment to safety and quality
• Implement measurable performance standards and reporting systems.
• Develop and mentor project leadership, strengthening bench depth across the organization

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex ground-up commercial projects
• Strong command of financial controls, contract administration, and schedule management
• Proficiency with industry-standard platforms such as Procore, MS Project, or Primavera P6
• Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders
• A leadership presence grounded in accountability, clarity, and operational discipline
