The Commercial & Residential Cleaning Manager oversees day‑to‑day cleaning operations across multiple properties in the Houston area. This hands‑on leadership role involves supervising and supporting cleaning teams, ensuring service quality, and coordinating logistics to keep schedules running smoothly. The Manager will also participate in on‑site work, provide team training, manage supplies and budgets, and maintain strong client relationships to uphold Lux Class Cleaning’s signature standards of excellence.

• Coordinate and manage cleaning operations for residential and commercial sites.
• Lead by example through hands‑on cleaning, inspections, and client walkthroughs.
• Train, mentor, and motivate cleaning staff to ensure consistent quality and professionalism.
• Create and adjust schedules to meet client needs and maintain coverage.
• Monitor inventory, manage supply orders, and oversee operational budgets.
• Address client feedback promptly and ensure issues are resolved to satisfaction.
• Optimize cleaning processes to improve efficiency, quality, and team performance.
• Support company growth by maintaining relationships with property managers, realtors, and vendors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support company goals.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination and client relations.
• Proven leadership experience in cleaning, facilities management, or related field.
• Background in residential real estate or property services preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Budgeting and supply management experience a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation; open to extended driving or travel assignments.
• High school diploma or equivalent; advanced certifications in cleaning, management, or customer service are a plus.
