Infrastructure Project ManagerResponsibilities:
Develops, clarifies, and manages the scope of the project, defines deliverables, and achieves targeted outcomes.Manages and delivers IT infrastructure and build-out projects.Responsible for tracking progress against target objectives, resolves dependencies between critical work-streams.Maintains financial controls for recording, monitoring, forecasting, and budgeting of all project-related costs.Continues to update and improve project methodologies.Reviews, collates, maintains, and highlights changes to project plans.Produces periodic Project Status reports.Ensures adherence to set policies and procedures.Experience:
Total 8+ years of experience, out of which at least 4 years at management level.Has independently managed Infrastructure projects in Compute, Networks & Storage and can demonstrate proficiency/relevant experience in these areas.PMP certification is mandatory.Experience in managing diverse and multiple teams and complete ownership and responsibility of the team.Mandatory
Skills:
Should have managed Projects independently in the capacity of a Project Manager for at least 4 years.PMP certification is a must.Manages conflict constructively, can identify areas of improvement in team thinking.Should have good analytical skills and attention to detail, assess risk thoroughly and understand cause & effect systems.Hands-on with MS Project, MS Excel, and familiarity with other Project Management Tools.Excellent Infrastructure domain knowledge.Experience of Global Delivery with offshore/onsite model.Mandatory

To effectively manage cross-functional teams to complete requirement analysis, solution identification, plan/lead project deliverables.To ensure customer satisfaction for project deliverable quality and security norms.To prepare and submit weekly project status reports to confirm project progress to the customer.To ensure that the project solutions/deliverables adhere to Global Project Management framework and methodology compliance.To analyze and submit P&L reports of the project to the customer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
