Overview
Pay: 80k - 125k (can be a bit flexible depending on exp)
Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager for a client in Dallas, Texas. You will own the end-to-end delivery of multiple commercial interior finish-out projects. This role requires balancing planning, procurement, field coordination, and client communication to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to company's quality standards. You’ll manage 10–12 concurrent projects per month, working closely with estimators, installers, and general contractors.
Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple commercial interior finish-out projects.
- Balance planning, procurement, field coordination, and client communication to meet time, budget, and quality targets.
- Manage 10–12 concurrent projects per month in collaboration with estimators, installers, and general contractors.
- Prepare work plans and milestone schedules; lead submittals and shop drawings through approval.
- Track budgets, cost-to-complete, and margin protection.
- Prepare and process change orders with accurate pricing and documentation.
- Update project documentation in Procore/Bluebeam and resolve field issues promptly.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and source specialty materials; issue purchase orders as needed.
- Manage subcontractors/install crews; ensure site access and proper sequencing.
- Conduct site visits for progress checks, measurements, and quality control.
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial interior finish-out projects (Divisions 10).
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and change order processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to build strong client relationships.
- Willingness to travel locally for site visits (DFW area) and to other states.
- Review architectural drawings/specifications; confirm scope for Divisions 10 (e.g., toilet partitions, signage, shades, acoustical treatments).
- Collaborate with estimating on value-engineering options to meet design and budget goals.
