Fitness Manager

Fitness Manager – EōS Fitness is a dynamic, upbeat fitness club dedicated to creating loyal, lifelong fans and helping members achieve their health and wellness goals. We are seeking a highly motivated, sales‑driven leader to inspire a team of personal trainers and deliver exceptional fitness experiences.

Build and lead a cohesive Personal Training (PT) team, ensuring a healthy client pipeline, delivering high‑quality client experiences, and driving membership growth and retention.

• Achieve monthly sales targets by driving membership growth, new PT agreements, and client retention.
• Collaborate with the membership sales team to support new member onboarding and smooth transitions into club experience.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise PT staff, including Managers, Assistants, and Trainers.
• Manage payroll for PT staff, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures clearly to department leaders and staff.
• Maintain PT staff certifications (CPR, First Aid, PT certifications).
• Provide constructive performance feedback and coaching.
• Resolve member concerns, manage membership inquiries, and ensure outstanding customer service.
• Enforce health and safety regulations, certification compliance, and facility cleanliness.
• Manage emergency communications calmly and effectively.

• 2+ years of fitness or personal training management experience (preferred).
• 3–4 years of customer service experience.
• Personal Training sales experience highly preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship building, and influencing skills.
• Excellent organizational, record‑keeping, and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Background check clearance.

• Previous sales experience required.
• Physical ability to lift >40 lbs, bend, and move within a gym setting.
• Computer proficiency for data entry and system access.

$58,656 – $100,000 USD + variable income opportunities (commission, bonus) and a post‑training increase.
