Position: Pipeline Integrity In-Line Inspection (ILI) Manager

The Pipeline Integrity In-Line Inspection (ILI) Manager provides technical and strategic leadership for the company’s ILI and non‑destructive evaluation (NDE) programs within the Pipeline Integrity Group. This position is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, operational safety, and data accuracy through effective program execution, vendor oversight, and process improvement. The ILI Manager leads a team of professionals focused on advancing the company’s integrity management objectives and maintaining safe, reliable pipeline operations.

Position Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of professionals responsible for executing the company’s ILI and NDE programs.
  • Establish short- and long‑term goals to improve process effectiveness, system performance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor ILI and vendor performance.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and high‑quality completion of deliverables and responses to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality, consistency, and efficiency across integrity activities.
  • Manage the annual ILI budget, including forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis.
  • Develop technically sound and cost‑effective engineering solutions that balance safety, performance, and business needs.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and work instructions that support regulatory and company standards.
  • Communicate effectively across technical and leadership levels, fostering collaboration and shared understanding.
  • Define clear roles, responsibilities, and performance goals for team members, providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company safety programs and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support department and company objectives.
