- Leadership & revenue scale - you've managed cross-regional teams and P&L responsibility of roughly $100M-400M, opening new verticals and/or geographies
- Process automation background - perhaps from Rockwell, Yokogawa, Schneider Electric, Honeywell, Puffer-Sweiven, or other OEMs
- Strategic dealmaker - experience winning complex projects and driving transactional/direct growth simultaneously
- Financial & commercial acumen - adept at balancing margin expansion with topline growth and engaging at the C-suite level

- Own the Americas growth agenda – accelerate U.S. market share while driving profitable, sustainable growth across the Americas.
- Architect go‑to‑market strategy – segment channels, set coverage and partner models, and balance topline growth with margin expansion.
- Lead and develop dispersed teams – coach regional managers, account executives and channel partners; instil accountability and a culture of excellence.
- Set sales rhythms – drive forecast accuracy, pipeline hygiene and margin governance; align closely with SIOP and finance.
- Sponsor new verticals and geographies – remove barriers, marshal cross‑functional resources and land marquee wins.
- Forge executive relationships – engage EPCs, distributors, contractors and end‑users; negotiate regional frameworks and hold partners to account.
- Embed customer insight – teach your team to seek customer priorities and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Represent the region – translate corporate strategy into regional operating plans and partner cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product, Operations and Finance.
