This is a high-growth manufacturer and distributor with a strong North American footprint and ambitious expansion plans. Backed by private equity, the business is scaling rapidly through strategic investment, operational excellence, and commercial innovation. You’ll join a proven leadership team that values accountability, collaboration, and customer success - and you’ll play a critical role in shaping the next phase of growth.
What You’ll Be Doing- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of ~25–30 sales professionals across the U.S.
- Drive commercial performance across a $400M+ revenue base.
- Strengthen relationships with key national accounts while identifying new growth opportunities.
- Embed value-based selling and build a culture of accountability and service excellence.
- Partner with marketing, customer service, and operations to align strategy and delivery.
- Proven success leading multi-region sales teams within manufacturing, distribution, or industrial sectors.
- Experience delivering sustained growth and strong P&L performance.
- Skilled in strategic account management and commercial negotiation.
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to inspire, motivate, and elevate teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA advantageous).
- Location flexible within the U.S. — Houston, TX preferred but not required.
