• Provide strategic leadership for the delivery of Risk Management consulting services across major capital programmes.
• Act as sponsor for risk work streams, ensuring quality, consistency, and value across all engagements.
• Define and implement risk management frameworks, governance, and reporting aligned to Client and organisational objectives.
• Serve as the senior point of contact for Clients, providing trusted advisory support.
• Oversee programme and portfolio-level risk exposure, ensuring effective integration with cost, schedule, and commercial controls.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Risk Management teams, setting standards and best practices.
• Provide independent challenge on critical risks, mitigation strategies, and residual exposure.
• Support business development through senior input to bids, proposals, and client engagements.

• 15+ years’ experience delivering risk management across complex construction or projects and programmes.
• Proven experience operating at Director or senior level within a consulting environment.
• Strong track record advising Clients.
• Deep understanding of international construction standards, risk frameworks, and best practice.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
