We are committed to providing innovative and sustainable PEEK material solutions for consumer electronics, automotive, energy, Aerospace and Medical. To accelerate our global expansion, we are seeking an exceptional and passion leader to create ,build and lead our operations in North American from the ground up.

As the founding leader for the North American, you will have full responsibility for developing and executing the company's strategy in the North American market. Your core mission is to build our presence from scratch,establish possible supply chain channel and ultimately achieving significant revenue growth and market share objectives. You will report directly to the Global business head of International Business and will be the head and strategic decision-maker for the company in North American.

Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

Strategic Leadership & Market Development:

  • Develop and lead the execution of the company's comprehensive business strategy for North American, including market entry strategy, product positioning, and long-term development roadmap.
  • Lead in-depth research and analysis of key industries and market segments to accurately identify growth opportunities, drive the development of new markets and new customers (including OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and key strategic accounts), and achieve significant market share growth.
  • Act as the company's primary representative in North American, establishing and maintaining high-level industry relationships, partnerships, and public relations to strongly enhance brand influence.

Overall Performance Management & Market Share Growth

  • Hold full Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility for the North American region, ensuring the achievement and exceeding of set targets for sales, profitability, and market share.
  • Establish an efficient business operation and sales management system, monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and continuously optimize sales strategies and action plans to drive sustainable business growth.

Organizational Capability Building & Team Leadership

  • Take full responsibility for building the organizational capabilities in North American/from the ground up.
  • Prepare for leading the establishment of legal entities (subsidiaries), offices, and warehouse/logistics facilities in target North American/countries (e.g., USA) and supply chain channel ( Down steam ,From Polymer to parts) in the future, build a solid operational foundation to support rapid business development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in technology or commercial. Material/Chemical/Mechanical is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales and business development within the high performance Engineering Plastics relevant materials industry, such as PEEK/PI/PPS/PVDF/PEI/PAT/PPSU/PAI/UHMWPE. Could be from material manufacturers or semi finishing products, compounds, processor or distributors from above products. PEEK experience is preferred.
  • Industry knowledge and customer connection:
    Energy sector and General industry, Medical and Aero.
  • 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams of 5+ members is preferred.
  • A genuine passion and an entrepreneurial mindset are essential. Be a proactive self-starter, capable of thriving in an ambiguous environment and building structures and processes from scratch.
  • Exceptional ability to withstand pressure, adapt to challenges, and drive results in a dynamic startup-like environment.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites across North America (approximately 30-50%).
