, leadership of a small, dynamic team (2–3 direct reports), and responsibility for one of the company’s largest marketing budgets

You’ll shape the brand’s strategy, drive innovation, and influence future growth across multiple channels.
What You’ll Do- Lead brand strategy & innovation pipeline
- Manage P&L and marketing investments
- Turn consumer insights into action
- Partner cross-functionally to execute key initiatives
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team
- 8–10+ years in Brand Management (CPG experience preferred)
- Proven success driving brand growth & profitability
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
