The CFO will play a mission-critical role as strategic partner to the CEO and Private Equity firm.
Responsibilities include:
- Serving as a key member of the executive leadership team, shaping financial strategy, value creation, and long-term growth plans.
- Leading all financial operations, including reporting, controls, audit, FP&A, treasury, and compliance.
- Driving PE reporting cadence, board communication, and performance management.
- Overseeing all M&A activity: evaluation, financial modeling, diligence, and post-merger integration.
- Building scalable systems and processes suited for a multi-site, multi-entity platform.
- Enhancing pricing models, margin management, and financial decision-making.
- Managing banking relationships, debt compliance, and covenant reporting.
- Developing and mentoring a high-performing finance team—including a strong Controller viewed as a future CFO successor.
- Partnering closely with Operations to support lean manufacturing, cost reduction, and data-driven improvements.
