As an Operations Manager at ABC, you will lead a facility to create a thriving environment where your team excels, families feel supported, and children with autism achieve their full potential. What You’ll Be Doing- Lead operations for an ABC facility, ensuring high-quality clinical care and compliant, efficient operations.
- Manage team performance, oversee budgets and KPIs, and collaborate with department leaders.
- Engage with families during onboarding and ongoing support to build trust and education.
- Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and a positive work environment for 25–50 professionals.
- Leadership: 6+ years of managing large teams across multiple sites or districts.
- Education:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred; high school diploma or GED required; extensive management experience also valued. - Skills:
High emotional intelligence, strong communication, and an impact-driven mindset; proactive problem solving in high-stakes situations. - Clinical Operations:
Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move as required; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; PPE proficiency; ADA/FMLA understanding; ability to meet productivity expectations. - Who you are:
Committed to delivering excellence, with the ability to collaborate with clinicians and staff.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk; perform various positions such as bending, kneeling, squatting, crawling, crouching, climbing, carrying, pushing, pulling, and reaching at or above shoulder level, including overhead.
- Capability to lift or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Near and far visual acuity; hearing and understanding speech; safe use of PPE; ability to work in moderate-to-loud noise levels.
- Must be physically present at the assigned job location; ADA/FMLA compliant; adhere to safety and productivity standards.
- Competitive pay:
Base salary of $65,000–$85,000 per year (based on experience and market). - Performance bonus:
Up to $18,000 annually through monthly and quarterly incentives. - Career growth:
