You’ll Do
  • Manage all day-to-day store operations to ensure consistent, high-quality performance
  • Hire, train, and inspire a customer-focused team

Responsibilities
  • Create a workplace culture that is consistent with Spin Xpress goals and identify the mission, vision, and values of Spin Xpress
  • Recruit, interview, select, hire, and employ an appropriate number of employees
  • Manage and improve operational practices
  • Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
  • Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams
  • Formalize policies and procedures in accordance with HR regulations
  • Provide oversight and direction to all team members in accordance with Spin Xpress Policies and Task List
  • Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding
  • Empower employees to take responsibility and expect accountability with consistent feedback
  • Lead employees to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment
  • Maintain employee work schedules including training, call-ins, and managing overtime hours
  • Maintain daily transparent communication with Senior Management
  • Manage the overall operational budget of stores and achieve GOP goals
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to maintain operational excellence (quality, speed, efficiency, and output) continuously
Qualifications
  • Managerial experience is highly preferred
  • A strong history of retail or food industry experience is required
  • History of achieving and consistently exceeding professional goals
  • Enjoy being in a dynamic job where no task is above or below you
  • A constant drive to improve the experience of our users and our internal processes: "How can I make things better?"
  • Customer empathy. You empathize with customers and seek to solve problems from their perspective
  • Your schedule is flexible and will be willing to work weekends and evenings when necessary
Compensation

$35,000 - $40,000 base + bonuses
