Expected salary range of $123,300 to $137,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
TravelPLEASE NOTE:
THIS POSITION REQUIRES TRAVEL TO MAJOR METRO MARKETS WITHIN TEXAS, WITH PRESENCE IN CONSTELLATION LOCATIONS & RELATED COMMUNITIES.
This position involves developing and managing a Constellation regional and local workforce development strategy that:
- creates, implements, and manages regional and local workforce development initiatives, relationships, and programs for individuals in our local communities to join Constellation and the energy industry careers.
- builds relationships between internal and external stakeholders, including community organizations, community colleges, schools, unions/trades, training programs, or aligned business partners. This includes interfacing, attendance at career fairs and recruitment events, and influencing community groups listed.
- interfaces and creates strategies in collaboration with leadership, HR Business Partners, Talent acquisition, business leaders, and other internal stakeholders to support community impact, workforce development, or talent pipeline priorities.
- tracks key impact metrics and obtains feedback from stakeholders.
- manages logistics and programmatic details related to budget/funding requests, program participation/engagement, business/community needs, and regular reporting on progress.
- serves as the project management lead for the day‑to‑day operations of regional and local workforce development programs and initiatives, to support both community investment and respect, belonging, diversity, and inclusion priorities.
- must be local to region and required to be on site at the local assigned Constellation clean energy centers, Power assets, and/or corporate offices or attending community engagement opportunities at least 3 days/week.
- Develop, activate, and continuously improve a regional workforce development engagement strategy in partnership with philanthropy, collaborating with HR business leads, talent acquisition, and site or business unit leaders to align with both long‑and short‑term workforce needs.
