Director of Operations

Director of Operations - Insurance - Base Salary to 150k/year - Houston, TX

• Our client, an insurance carrier, is looking for a Director of Operations to join their team. The Director of Operations will be responsible for oversight and management of day-to-day operations. Our client specializes in niche insurance programs & partners with multiple carriers in both admitted and surplus lines insurance markets.

• Establishes quantitative and qualitative metrics guidelines and standards
• Assist with marketing strategies and strategize how operations can support sales and marketing initiatives
• Measures productivity to demonstrate utilization and optimization of technologies for future training and process improvement
• Ensures a high level of team performance to increase effectiveness efficiency and consistency of operations
• Participate in the development of monthly quarterly and annual program reports
• Plan monitor and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
• Developing and executing new growth directives

• Property and Casualty (P&C) and Surplus Lines Licensed required.
• 10+ years in Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.

• Base salary up to 150k/year (flexible dependent on experience) plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k, Roth, generous PTO, paid holidays, etc.
