We are in search of an Assistant Sales and Training Manager who is seeking an entry level management position. The ideal candidate loves sales, is responsible, ambitious and diligent.

• Assist the Retreat Director in managing all aspects of the Daily Operations
• Directly assist the Retreat Director to supervise all aspects of Retreat operations, from driving revenue and profitability, ensuring brand systems and processes are adhered to with consistency through each shift
• Plan and implement Front Desk Sales Associate new hire training, in-the-moment coaching, role playing and ongoing sales training is essential for the success of the Front Desk Team
• Stay updated on all services, products and promotions, be diligent in setting the example for your team
• Effectively manage team members to ensure proper execution of daily operations
  
  Collaborate with the Retreat Director to set individual team member goals; create plans and convert plans into action to meet and exceed goals
• Lead by example, demonstrating the ability to achieve personal goals

• Must have at least 1-year sales, retail or spa management experience
• Self-starter mentality with leadership, organization, communication and interpersonal skills
• At least 1-year experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution
• Capacity to develop positive relationships with employees to manage coaching/mentoring with discipline
• Basic business math skills
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must be able to fluently speak Spanish
• Must be able to work varied hours to include weekends, evenings, and holidays
