We are seeking a Business Service Unit Supervisor to lead strategic business operations for our community‑focused career office.

• Provide strategic leadership to drive successful business operations and manage a wide range of administrative assignments with a critical impact on the direction and operations of the career office.
• Cultivate a work environment conducive to staff success, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality service to residents.
• Analyze the organizational mission and objectives; train and develop staff; and lead all career office operations in accordance with guiding principles and values.
• Develop and maintain relationships with employers, community leaders (including local government leaders), area schools, and other community organizations.
• Supervise staff virtually, remotely, or in person; maintain direct or indirect relationships with all supervisors and line staff, including staff from other divisions and partner organizations.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with office Supervisors in the region, including those employed by different career office contractors, such as Employer Service staff, Vocational Rehabilitation Supervisors, Education Opportunity Providers, Regional Supervisors, Business Consultants, Recruiters, Board Staff, and other staff located outside the Supervisor’s office.

• At least two years of equivalent experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
