The Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-run office environment, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day office operations and continuous improvement initiatives. This role leads and develops a small office services team, oversees front-desk and visitor services, manages facilities operations and space coordination, and maintains strong vendor and procurement relationships while controlling budgets.
The position partners closely with IT to coordinate office technology, equipment provisioning, and audio-visual needs, and supports on-site meetings, events, and executive logistics.
Responsibilities also include enforcing office policies, ensuring health, safety, security, and emergency preparedness, and developing standard operating procedures to support cross-training and operational consistency. The role requires strong people leadership, organizational and communication skills, vendor and project management expertise, comfort working cross-functionally, and the ability to manage priorities in a hands-on, on-site environment.
